My comix work started in earnest in the late 90's when my friends Andrice, Howard, Joan and I started publishing an anthology called Hi-horse. We put out 4 issues as well as an Omnibus, published by Alternative Comics. In 2004, armed with a Xeric grant, I self-published a solo comic called Angel which featured some work from hi-horse as well as 40 pages of new work. Since then I've done a few minis and have contributed pieces to a couple of other anthologies. Recently I've been concentrating more on paintings but I'm also working on a longer-format story for Angel no. 2, which will soon see the light of day. |
